I Timothy 2:8 I desire then that in every place the men should pray, lifting holy hands without anger or quarreling.
Confess to the Lord any anger or bitterness that you've had toward a brother or sister in Christ. Contact as soon as possible any fellow-believer who you have been quarreling with and settle the matter—get help to do so, if you need to. Now "lift the petitions of your heart to God with holy hands."
