Baptismal Service:  If you are interested in learning more about baptism, please contact the office at (231) 796-2600 as soon as possible.  It is required that you meet with one of the pastors/elders and discuss what baptism means before you will be considered as a candidate.  The next baptismal service is scheduled for August 7.

Are you puzzled about where you belong?  Check out the Serve table in the hall to see where you may fit.  There are all kinds of ministry opportunities.  Sign up to volunteer today!

Elder Reaffirmation:  David VanAlstine will be meeting with the Screening Committee as his next step in seeking another three-year term as elder. Would you please consider David as related to the biblical qualifications (I Tim. 3:1-7; Titus 1:5-9; I Peter 5), and then talk to him directly and give your observations and comments? You can also give comments to any member of the Screening Committee (Steve Lossing [Pastor Gary’s designee], Steve Wheeler, Mary Brady [alternate Carol Becton] Phyllis Grit [Paula Nunn alternate], Peg Brennan [Kathy Gardner alternate]).  For a list of Biblical qualifications for an elder, be sure to pick up the information sheet by the Welcome Desk.

Trinity Kids Volunteer Training will be Sunday - August 28 from 12:30 - 3:00. Lunch included. More information to follow. Mark your calendars now and if you haven't signed up...do so today. Teams are filling!

Ice Cream Maker Needed:  Trinity Kids has an ice cream theme this summer, and we would like to MAKE some ice cream.  If you have an ice cream maker (hand cranked or electric), can we borrow it?  If you have a recipe you would like to share and/or make for us, let us know.  Call the office or email kids@trinityinfo.org

40 Days for Life Fall Campaign:  Although we are still celebrating the overturn of Roe v. Wade, which returns the abortion issue to the States, we still have work (prayer and fasting) to do. So, we are proceeding with 40 Days for Life this fall. The presence of people praying has a great impact. The fall campaign will run from Wednesday, SEPTEMBER 28, to Sunday, NOVEMBER 6. For more information, contact Mary at Maryzandstra@gmail.com.
