Sunday, May 2, 2021, Weekly Announcements

Try It Tuesday:  It’s getting warmer outside, flowers are blooming, and the next Try It Tuesday will be here before you know it. On May 18, we will be building a Terrarium (a mini-indoor green house) and planting a few pots of fresh herbs. This is a great way to add some freshness to your cooking. Contact Katie to RSVP (615-540-5466).

Our Story:  Our Story is an experience sharing night where three women talk about their lives and what God is doing in them. May 14 is the last one, at 7:00 pm. Please join us in hearing about the speakers' Spiritual Mothers.

Help Needed:  Moms with young children are desiring to be Built Up in Christ through study of the Word.  Can you help them do that by volunteering to watch their children in the nursery on Thursday mornings, for two hours, in June and July? Can you serve weekly, every other week, or even once a month?  Paid positions are also available.  Contact mrs.kuhn@outlook.com for more information.

Women’s Study:  Ladies, are you looking for a way to stay grounded in God's Word this summer? We've got just what you need. Starting in June and going through July, we will be walking through the book of 1 Peter as we study The Living Hope we have in Christ. TWO OPTIONS: Thursday mornings 9:00-11:00 am with childcare OR Thursday evenings 7:00-9:00 pm. All the details and registration links can be found at trinityinfo.org/summer-bible-study.

Interested in Helping Trinity Fellowship Church Fulfill the “Great Commission”?  The TFC Missions Committee has a few openings for TFC members who have a passion to see the Gospel shared locally, nationally, and worldwide.  If this is your desire and you want to become an active participant in the process, please contact Pastor John Angell for more information.

Is the Church Office Open? While there may be some staff in the office during the week, many are working at home to limit the amount of traffic in and out of the building (for Covid-19 cleaning purposes). If you need to get into the building during the week, please call ahead to make sure someone is in the office. If you leave a message, someone will call you back as soon as possible.

Christian Daycare:  Trinity is exploring the possibility of opening a Christian daycare and preschool center at our Big Rapids campus building.  This an enormous need in our area. If you have an interest in being part of a team exploring the possibilities and developing a plan, contact the church office at 231-796-2600 or email kids@trinityinfo.org.  We are probably a year out, but we'd also like to hear from you if you would be interested in this for your children or for employment.

Photographers Needed for Mother’s Day:  Two photographers are needed to be available to take photos of families on Mother’s Day.  If you can help, contact Anna at annahoppe@trinityinfo.org.

Mecosta/Osceola Right to Life, Inc. will have long-stemmed, red roses for a donation of $1.50, available in the foyer, on Mother’s Day.  For more information, contact Peg Brennan or Kathie Richards.
