Sunday, March 21, 2021, Weekly Announcements

Easter Services:  Please be sure to note the time changes for services on Easter Sunday, April 4.  At the Big Rapids campus, services will be at 8:00 am, 9:30 am, and 11:00 am.  There will be toddler/preschool nurseries offered for all three services.  Children’s ministry programming will be at the 11:00 am service.  There will be no infant nursery.  The Newaygo campus service will remain at their usual time – at 9:30 am.

Is the Church Office Open? While there may be some staff in the office during the week, many are working at home to limit the amount of traffic in and out of the building (for Covid-19 cleaning purposes). So, technically, the office is not yet open. If you need to get into the building during the week, please call ahead to make sure someone is in the office. If you leave a message, someone will call you back as soon as possible.

Senior Luncheon:  Seniors, you are invited to a luncheon on April 7, at 11:30 am, at the Ministry Center (Big Rapids campus).  There will be a time of fellowship around the tables and learning what is available to help seniors in this new season of life.  Space is limited.  You will need to RSVP to Sharon at msbongard@yahoo.com.

Prayer Chain:  If you would like to commit to praying for requests from individuals, then join the e-mail prayer chain. Call the office (231-796-2600) or send an email to prayer@trinityinfo.org.   Please remember that all prayer chain requests are to remain confidential.

Community Board:
Be sure to check the community bulletin board, located just inside the south entrance doors.  This is where we post items for sale, needed items, job postings, community events, etc.  If you would like to post something on the bulletin board, please bring it to the office for approval.  The office staff will then post it for you.

Toys for Tots:  The Mecola Toys for Tots program serves Mecosta, Lake, and Osceola counties and distributes toys to families in these three counties.  In addition to toys, the group is hoping to expand what they can give to local families.  They would like to hand out the following new or like-new items to the children:  winter coats, mittens, gloves, scarves, slippers, and earmuffs.  Afghans, booties, and sweaters are needed for newborn babies.  They would also like afghans, booties, sweaters, and clothing that would go with a baby doll (and Barbie doll clothing).  If you would be interested in making any of these items (yarn can be provided if needed), please call 989-588-1779 for more information.
