Daily Scripture & Questions
Deuteronomy 24-27 No one can fully keep the Law but sometimes we fully intend to.  Have you ever committed to not do "that" again, only to find yourself sinning again?  Have you put your belief and trust in the Savior, Jesus?  Have you asked the Holy Spirit's help to live a changed life that honors God?

Family Devotions—Scripture & Questions
Read Deuteronomy 25:13-16.  (Consider acting this out having two different sets of weights used to buy or sell things).  Are there times when you are tempted to cheat?  Why is cheating so bad in God's eyes?

Biblical Prayer Focus
Luke 18:13-14
"But the tax collector, standing far off, would not even lift up his eyes to heaven, but beat his breast, saying, 'God, be merciful to me, a sinner!' I tell you, this man went down to his house justified, rather than the other. For everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, but the one who humbles himself will be exalted.

Humble yourself before the Lord and confess any sins of which the Spirit has convicted you. Ask God to remove any vestiges of self-righteousness from your life.
