Numbers 18-20 How are verses in chapter 17:12-13 a good introduction to chapter 18? Why should followers of Jesus be able to come boldly before God's throne (see Hebrews 4:14-16)? What was the sin of Moses that kept him out of the Promised Land? How do we not uphold the Lord as holy before others?

Biblical Prayer Focus
1 Peter 5:6-7 "Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God so that at the proper time he may exalt you, casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you."
Bow your heart and perhaps your knees before the Lord, expressing your humility before Him. Ask Him to show you if there is anything you are doing to exalt yourself. If so, repent of it. Seek Him so that He can show you where you are carrying anxieties right now (it is easy to pretend that we aren't). Then cast them upon His broad shoulders. Pray the same for your protectorate.
