Daily Scripture & Questions
Leviticus 24-25 Why is blaspheming the Name of the Lord so terrible?  How are the directives of 24:17-22 good for the state (government) but not so good for individuals?  How does the way we treat others reflect our respect (fear) of the Lord?

Family Devotions—Scripture & Questions
Read Leviticus 24:17-23 These rules are for the government and not for us individually.  What do they teach about the level of punishment compared to the wrong someone does?

Biblical Prayer Focus
Hebrews 13:18-19 Pray for us, for we are sure that we have a clear conscience, desiring to act honorably in all things. I urge you the more earnestly to do this in order that I may be restored to you the sooner.

Ask the Lord to show you if there is anything that you are doing or considering doing that will go against your conscience. It is never safe to do so. Pray that you and those you love would be people of honor, who live honorably.
