Daily Scripture & Questions
Exodus 19-21 The descriptions of 19:4-6 are picked up in the New Testament in 1 Peter 2:12. How can being reminded of our identity as God's people help us want to live morally?
Family Devotions—Scripture & Questions
Read Exodus 20:1-17.  How are the first four commandments different from the last six?  How do you show respect for God?
Biblical Prayer Focus
1 Thessalonians 1:2-5a We give thanks to God always for all of you, constantly mentioning you in our prayers, remembering before our God and Father your work of faith and labor of love and steadfastness of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ. For we know, brothers loved by God, that he has chosen you, because our gospel came to you not only in word, but also in power and in the Holy Spirit and with full conviction.

Give thanks to God for fellow believers whose faith is clearly being "worked out" into their lives in the power of the Holy Spirit. Ask for His help for those for whom this is not fully true.
