Mission, Vision & Core Values
Mission:
In submission to the Holy Spirit and out of the abundance of a prayer and worship lifestyle, we will facilitate an environment where people are aware of God's presence and led to worship Him in spirit and truth.
Vision:
Trinity Fellowship is growing as a community of worshiping and praying people.
Trinity Fellowship, a place where people gather for Spirit-led worship and sense a reverent awe, a growing community, a call to holy living and the hope we have in Jesus. God is truly "with us" (Immanuel) and is given the glory He deserves.
Values:
- God-Focused Worship (to and for God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit)
- Worship based in the Character of God that grows out of the understand of who God is.
- Excellence in Worship. (not necessarily sophisticated or complex)
- Participatory Worship. Being intentional about providing multiple forms and opportunities for the congregation to express worship.
- Prayerful Planning, Preparation and Practice as directed by the Holy Spirit. Godly Integrity and Character as demonstrated by a lifestyle that exhibits a commitment and obedience to God.
- Humility and Repentant Spirit by worship leaders and teams.
- Commitment to Spiritual Growth, Skills Development and Worship Ministry Development.
- Servanthood. Serving God, other worship team members and the congregation.
What is Worship:
"True worship is the active response of humility by one cleansed by Christ's blood in exalting God, ascribing to Him all worth, and praising Him for His works. It is our spirit being touched by God's Spirit and our response of bringing our bodies, our possessions and our praise before Him as sacrifices."
