Qualifications for Worship Team Members
In healthy fellowship with and under the submission of God.
Members of worship teams are to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior and are to stay in healthy communion with God through regular personal prayer, devotions, Bible study and intentional spiritual growth.
In healthy fellowship and under the submission of Trinity Fellowship and its Leadership.
A worship team is a ministry of Trinity Fellowship Evangelical Free Church and is therefore under the submission of the church leadership. It is imperative that there are no issues that worship team members have with Trinity and/or its leaders.
Additionally, each worship team member is to be participating in a small group community of Trinity Fellowship Church.
A worship team member will have attended Trinity Fellowship Church regularly for at least 2 months.
In healthy fellowship and under the submission of the Worship Team Leadership.
As a ministry of the church, each worship leader has been commissioned to lead, develop a team to meet the direction he/she is led by the Holy Spirit in worship. It is his/her role to make decisions for the team, both in musical and spiritual direction.
In healthy fellowship with the other members of the worship team.
In order to serve in the privilege of leading the congregation in worship it is essential that members of the team are in healthy community with one another. If there are issues between members, Matthew 18 should be followed and the conflict should be resolved prior to serving in leading worship together.

Members must agree with the Mission, Vision and Values of the church as well as the Trinity Worship Ministry.
Called By God
Members must be called by God and verified by church leadership.
Musical Giftedness

Role Understanding
Members must understand that their role is to genuinely worship with humility, help others worship by pointing them toward God the Father, the Son Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. They also understand that they are called by God to serve in this area of ministry within the church. They know they are not there to "perform" but rather exalt God.
