Benevolence
The Benevolence ministry receives, evaluates, decides on, and responds to requests for financial assistance from individuals in our church and community, prayerfully discerning and offering what is best. This team always seeks to be generous with God's love, grace, and mercy, while also being wise in managing the resources that He has entrusted for us to manage. The Benevolence team "does the homework" for our church by listening compassionately to each request, and then carefully validates all of the facts, praying each step of the way for the Lord's wisdom and leading, in order to decide how to respond.
The process begins with completing a Benevolence Request Form, which provides our team with a starting point of information needed about your request. A team member will then meet with the person to discuss the details of the situation. The team member will then check some information and available options. The team member will then get back in touch with the person to discuss the decision and next steps. Afterward, the team member will contact the person again to see how things are going.

Click here to download a pdf version or come to the church office to receive a paper copy of the Benevolence Request Form. This form must be completed and given to an employee of the church office as the starting point in making any Benevolence request.
